Fitness Instructor Online? Yes, That's me!!

Hi, and welcome to my website Fitness Instructor Online. My name is Angela Hakner and I am a Certified Personal Trainer in Norfolk, UK. I specialise in womens fitness, bringing tried and tested methods to my clients for maximum results. I like to assess all my clients on an individual basis and build them a progressive program to best deal with their specific needs.

I trained as an aerobics instructor many years ago and taught lots of classes. My clients were all looking for the same thing and that was to do aerobic exercise and to build muscular strength. I devised great motivational classes and my clients came back time and time again.

Since then I have done some extensive training including getting my Personal Training Certification and my Advanced Fitness Instructor Certification. I have also learnt a lot of new techniques since the early days and do things a lot different. Gone are the days of endless cardio to get fatloss results. By working smarter my clients get better fatloss results. I have taught people from all walks of life. I have worked in local gyms and fitness facilities and now am building a business for myself at home. I am really enjoying what I am doing. My fitness mission is to help as many people as I can to reach their fat loss goals.

This website is basically a way of getting information out to anyone who is interested in fitness and personal training. It is also a way of advertising my business Forest Fit Personal Training. At Forest Fit we strive to help as many women, and sometimes men, as we can to attain their goals in life with regards to their fitness and well being. We are passionate about helping women who maybe have very low self esteem and not much confidence. Helping them overcome these feelings through physical activity will give them back the confidence they lack and they will be able to live a full and enjoyable life, and have a fantastic looking body as well. What a great job I have!!

I also offer online personal training here at Fitness Instructor Online and it only costs a fraction of the cost of real time personal training. It doesn't matter where you are in the world, I can keep a track of you and your workouts through email support. My online clients are just as important as my real time clients, I promise you that. I will be giving my opinions and advice on good nutrition and weight management issues also. Recently I have done some research into techniques of using certain supplements to aid the fat loss results my clients get. And in the following pages I will be explaining this.
