Hi, and welcome to my website Fitness Instructor Online. My name is Angela Hakner and I am a Certified Personal Trainer in the United Kingdom. I don't specialise in one area of fitness, I like to assess all my clients on an individual basis and build them a progressive program to best deal with their specific needs.
This website is going to be all about putting together a safe and effective exercise class and showing you the best strength training exercises, stretches, nutrition etc. In fact everything to do with exercise and nutrition. I hope it will be a resource for everyone to keep coming back to.
