Fitness Testing is a good idea at the start of any fitness program. It measures your progress.



Okay, so when I decide to take on a client I go through some fitness tests with them which shows me how fit someone is before we start and then I can tailor a fitness program for the individual. There are a few tests that I do, to start with I always take measurements from all the main areas, chest, waist, hips, biceps and thighs. These measurements are usually the ones a client will want to see a change in, you can see straight away the results. Other tests include taking the BMI of someone. BMI meaning Body Mass Index.
