Tips and Techniques for Strength Exercises and my opinion on Great Workouts



It doesn't matter who you are man or woman, strength exercises are gonna work for you. If you follow a varied workout focussing on different areas of fitness on different days you will build an awesome physique within weeks not months. The following examples are gonna show you some of the things that you could be adding to your workouts to make the most of your workout time. Who wants to be in the gym for hours on end. Not me! So follow some of the examples here and your workout time will be cut but without forfeiting any results.


This little workout to the right is a great idea. Using the sandbag as a medium is a great way of raising the heart rate so you can start the fat burning process. The exercises that the girl is doing are grouped together to get maximum fat burning potential. I love training with sandbags, in fact my clients tell me that it is one of their favourite ways of training too, especially my bootcamp ladies.

This video is another example of a great sandbag workout. Yoana Snideman is a kettlebell expert and personal trainer along with her husband. Yoana uses lots of strength moves in her classes using not only sandbags but kettlebells, ropes and boxes for power moves. I don't agree with some of her techniques for kettlebell lifting but she delivers some great moves fo such a small woman. But look at her she is so strong. So as you can see even though she lifts heavy and does some extra strong training she doesn't look bulky in any way. If anything she is very lean. This is the problem with some women. They will say to you I don't want to lift heavy cos I'll end up looking like Arnold or something. Nonsense! If anything lifting heavy will lean you out and you will be the envy of your friends. Use some of these techniques and I promise you your body will thank you for it!
