Your Fabulous Train Your Heart Workout



This amazing Train Your Heart workout is a fantastic interval training workout that will strengthen not only your body but your heart as well. You can mix and match your workout as this one has 3 parts to it, each involving a 15 minute segment. You can choose to do the first segment as a time saver segment, only 15 minutes when you don't have much time to do your exercise in try this one. The next segment is another 15 minutes added to the first will give you a great fat burner workout and the third which is the hardest added to the other 2 segments will give you an absolutely brilliant fat blaster workout burning loads of calories along the way.

I do this workout twice a week. Sometimes I do segments 1 and 2 and other times I do the whole workout and believe me you feel fantastic after the whole thing. Always do a warm up and stretch and after your cooldown always take time to do your stretching exercises. This part is very important.

2 min brisk walk (3.5-4mph)
1 min fast walk (4-4.5mph)
1 min light jog (5-6mph)
1 min fast walk (4-4.5mph)
1 min fast jog (6-7mph)
1 min run (7-7.5mph)
1 min fast walk (4-4.5mph)
2 min light jog (5-6mph)
1 min fast walk (4-4.5mph)
2 min fast jog (6-7mph)
1 min run (7-7.5mph)
1 min brisk walk (or cooldown)

2. Fat Burner

3 min light jog (5-6mph)
1 min fast walk (4-4.5mph)
3 min fast jog (6-7mph)
1 min run (7-7.5mph)
1 min fast walk (4-4.5mph)
2 min light jog (5-6mph)
2 min fast jog (6-7mph)
1 min run (7-7.5mph)
1 min brisk walk (or cooldown)


3. Fat Blaster

3 min light jog (5-6mph)
